Services

As part of the Community Psychiatry Centre of Semmelweis University of Medicine we provide outpatient- and day clinic services. We also have community psychiatric services partly financed by social budget.

 

Day clinic serves patients with acute psychiatric problem or addictive disorder. Individual treatment and rehabilitation programs are planned together with the patients. Assessment, pharmaceutical treatment, withdrawal treatment, psychotherapy, planning of community rehabilitation are the main services of the day hopsital. Leading staff: Dr. Harangozó Judit, psychiatrist, psychotherapist, dr. Bodrogi Andrea, psychiatrist, addictologist,  Hancwikl Krisztina nurse serve patients int he day hospital.

 

Outpatient services support our community psychiatry program that is financed by the Social budgets. We provide community based rehabilitation services actively for more than 100 patients and tehir families and also provide follow-up for 150 others who finished the active phase of family based community care. These activities are based ont he assessed personal needs of patients and families to reach full recovery int he community. More tha 60% of our patients with chronic mental problems and addictive disorders work after 1 year in this program, half of them at the work market.
